Triad Law Group is an experienced law firm that has served the local Puget Sound region for 20+ years. Located in downtown Edmonds, WA, Triads team of attorneys provide a variety of services including legal specializations in construction disputes and litigation, landlord-tenant law, foreclosure avoidance and real estate law.

Triad's legal team includes multiple attorneys, paralegals and administrative support staff. A team-based service approach ensures the highest level of legal service and client engagement throughout any legal action.

Principal and owner, Charles Greenberg directs the legal team at Triad Law Group and has been practicing law in Washington for 29 years.

With a location in Edmonds, Triad also serves clients in King and Snohomish Counties and the greater Pacific Northwest region.

 

Charles Greenberg

Charles Greenberg started Triad Law Group in 1994 in Edmonds, Washington. Prior to practicing law, Chuck was a Mechanical Engineer with the Boeing Company. During his Boeing years, he studied law at what was then University of Puget Sound Law School in Tacoma, Washington. He graduated from University of Puget Sound in December of 1987 and took the Washington State Bar Exam early the next year. Chuck started his legal career as an associate with the firm of Ulin Dann Elston & Lamber in 1988, doing mostly construction litigation.

In 1999, Chuck became a partner with Dann Greenberg Radder, and he remained with this firm until 1994 when he started Triad Law Group. He has been the principal attorney at Triad Law Group since that time.Chuck’s principal area of practice has been construction. Although in the last ten years, he has also been involved in real-estate representing general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, and insurance companies, he has been involved in all areas of construction litigation. Throughout his experience, he has presented seminars on things as dealing with liens; how to prepare a request for equitable adjustment; and how to prevent litigation.More recently, he has developed a specialty in real estate law, particularly how to help people avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes.

 Mr. Greenberg specializes in real estate issues and matters involving public and private construction on behalf of owners, contractors, sureties, and design professionals. Throughout the last twenty-five years, he has gained experience in many areas of construction law, particularly in dispute resolution processes, construction litigation, arbitration, mediation, and construction contract administration. He received his law degree at the University of Puget Sound in 1987. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all Washington courts, including the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Washington.

His speaking engagements have included the Association of General Contractors of Washington; the Associated Building Contractors; the Utility Contractors Association; the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association; and the American Association of Cost Engineers and various other associations.
